The Travelstart partnership program is open to anyone that can agree to our affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Do you offer a white labelled system?
Yes. If you or your company would like to provide dynamic flight information directly to your users instead of referring them to our website, then we are able to provide you with a white labelled system. You will still earn commission and will be able to market the service as your own. However, we only provide this option to websites that have a significant numbers of users. Should you be interested in this option please contact us for more details.

No, it is absolutely free. This partnership holds no cost/risk to you.
Can I be an affiliate if I don’t have a website?
Yes, you can send your Travelstart links via email to a database of potentially interested customers. However, spammers need not apply.
Okay, I’m convinced. How do I get started?
Visit the Partner sign up page and complete the registration form. Your very own affiliate manager will then email you back either accepting or rejecting your application with reasons. If accepted, we will give you the options for creative that we could send you (banners, text links, xml feeds and more) to display on your newsletter, website, or blog. We ask you to invoice us monthly based on the reports that you see in your affiliate login. We then pay you directly into your bank account. It’s as easy as that and it has proven to work like a charm for hundreds of our domestic and international partners.
How do I keep track of my affiliate business?
We will supply you with your personal login details whereby you can track your number of bookings.
How and when do I receive my money?
Commission payouts will be made to you on a monthly basis – we aim to pay you within the first 10 working days of the month. Your commission will be paid directly into your bank account.
What is a tracking code?
This is the unique code that we insert into your marketing tools to ensure that a booking gets tracked to you.
How do I get my tracking codes and banners?
You can pull links and banners directly from your affiliate account. If there is anything specific that you need, you can contact your dedicated affiliate manager directly for assistance.
Can I offer vouchers on my website as an extra incentive?
Yes absolutely! Please email affiliates@travelstart.com to request your vouchers.
How frequently do I get paid?
Monthly. You can also stipulate a payment threshold should you choose to rather accumulate earnings before receiving your payout.
Where do I update my information?
You can login into your affiliate account to update your details or pop an email to affiliates@travelstart.com to assist.
Comments, suggestions or complaints?

Can I promote all your products, or just flights?
As a Travelstart affiliate you can promote ALL our services. These include flights, hotels, car rentals, and package holidays. Get in touch with us on affiliates@travelstart.com and request marketing tools for all the services that you want to promote. Please bear in mind that you will only receive commission on flight bookings.
Can I promote you on multiple websites?
Absolutely! Ensure to let us know of any additional websites that you decide to put our banners on. We can also supply you with different tracking links to ensure you get different reports for each website that you promote us on.

How long does it take for successful referrals to show up in my account?
Our reports are instant so you will see referral bookings immediately. Remember that these are not always approved as a payment sometimes gets denied but we will check these for you at the end of every month.

You will be able to view statements and comprehensive reporting around your sales and commission directly from your affiliate account.
